Still seeking a solution the southern friend sees an Icon for Facebook on the hospital website page . She connects to the hospital and becomes a fan asking her question: Posting her question in the discussion area. She also connects to ATT&T since the location she had called was retail store and could not have anyone check for the connection issue.
